About the Adult Ballet Program
Our adult ballet program offers structured, technique-focused classes in a supportive and welcoming environment. Classes are taught by Garegin Pogossian, who brings a decade of experience performing soloist and principal roles at the American Ballet Theatre. Classes emphasize strength, alignment, coordination, and artistry across multiple levels and weekly schedules.
Intermediate
Intermediate classes refine technique and coordination for dancers with some prior experience, helping them build confidence, strength, and fluidity in movement.
