Cancellation Policy

Registration & Payment -This class is strictly for participants aged 14 and above. -Classes are offered on a drop-in basis, and payment must be completed prior to participation. -Refunds will not be provided for missed classes. Please make sure that when you book a class that you are able to attend. To ensure the stability of class size, there will be no exchanges or refunds given once your class has been booked. Health and Safety -Participants must be physically fit to engage in a intermediate/advanced ballet class. Notify the instructor of any injuries or health concerns before the class begins. -Warm-up before class is highly encouraged to prevent injuries. -CBSF reserves the right to assess and recommend a different class level if a participant's abilities do not align with the demands of this level. Class Etiquette -Participants must arrive on time to avoid disrupting the class. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join after the class has started. -Proper ballet attire, including ballet shoes, is required. Hair should be neatly secured away from the face. -Respect the instructor and fellow dancers by maintaining a positive and focused learning environment. -Only water in closed containers is permitted inside the studio. The studio reserves the right to dismiss anyone who does not comply with these policies.
